Built by M&A practitioners, for M&A practitioners
ACQI was born from frustration. After years of watching M&A integrations fail due to incomplete discovery, missed dependencies, and governance that existed only on paper, we built the tool we wished we had.

The Origin Story
After leading technical due diligence and integration across 35+ entity acquisitions at Howden Group and 4 major M&A projects at ZEDRA Group, our founder Lukian Poleschtschuk kept hitting the same wall: discovery data was always incomplete.
Every integration started with scrambling. Active Directory forests with undocumented trusts. Azure subscriptions nobody knew existed. Shadow IT everywhere. The tools on the market covered fragments - a bit of identity here, some cloud there - but nothing gave the unified view needed for confident decision-making. Integration timeframes slipped. Synergies went unrealised.
So between integrations, Lukian started building scripts. First for AD discovery. Then Azure. Then Intune, Exchange, network infrastructure, security frameworks. Each M&A project added new modules. What began as survival scripts became a systematic approach that reduced his integration timeframes by 35%.
ACQI is that approach, productised. 89 discovery modules covering everything from hybrid cloud architecture to endpoint management. Migration planning built from real-world wave management. Governance frameworks designed by someone who's actually had to report synergy progress to boards. Built by an M&A practitioner, for M&A practitioners.
ACQI
Acquisition Intelligence
"The name ACQI comes from 'acquisition' - what we help you do better. Like the vigilant Ackee bird, we see everything and miss nothing."
Our Mission
To give every IT team the visibility and tools they need to execute M&A integrations with confidence. No blind spots. No surprises. No failed migrations.
What We Believe
Clarity Over Complexity
M&A is complex enough. Our tools surface what matters and hide what doesn't.
Security First
Desktop-first architecture means your data never leaves your network.
Relentless Coverage
89 modules because one missed system can derail an entire integration.
Actionable Intelligence
Data without a plan is just noise. We deliver both.
