1.Commitment
We aim to make our marketing website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public web pages where reasonably practicable.
The desktop product (Electron application) is a complex enterprise console (data grids, dense operational UI). We improve accessibility iteratively; enterprise customers with specific requirements should contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.
2.Measures
- Semantic HTML and keyboard focus for primary marketing flows where implemented
- Text alternatives for meaningful images on marketing pages
- Colour contrast considered in brand system
- Avoidance of essential information conveyed by colour alone on new pages
- Captions for published marketing videos where we control production
3.Known limitations
- Dense data tables and graph visualisations in the product may not yet fully meet AA
- Some third-party embeds (scheduling, chat) depend on vendor accessibility
- Older PDF collateral may not be tagged
