- The ACQI platform, software, discovery modules, documentation, website content, graphics, and related materials are protected by copyright and other IP laws.
- Underlying platform IP is owned by ACQI HOLDINGS LTD and licensed to ACQI.AI LTD for commercial delivery.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2.Trademarks
"ACQI", "ACQI.AI", "ARIA", the ACQI logo, and related marks are trademarks or trade names of the ACQI group. Third-party names (Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Google, VMware, Palo Alto, ServiceNow, Okta, etc.) are property of their respective owners and used for identification only — no endorsement implied.
3.Limited licence to website visitors
You may view and download website pages for personal/internal evaluation. You may not copy site content for commercial republication, scrape at scale in breach of robots rules or law, or use our marks without written permission.
4.Customer data and outputs
Customer Data remains the customer’s property as set out in the Terms / MSA. Licences to use deliverables are defined in the MSA/SOW.
5.Open source
The Platform may include open-source components under their respective licences. Notices are available on request: {{LEGAL_EMAIL}}.
6.Copyright complaints (UK / notice-and-takedown)
If you believe material on acqi.ai infringes your copyright, send a notice to {{LEGAL_EMAIL}} including:
- Your contact details
- Description of the work
- URL of the allegedly infringing material
- Statement of good-faith belief and accuracy
- Signature (electronic acceptable)
We may remove or disable access to material in appropriate cases.
